Project Overview
TerrazzoCo supplied terrazzo wall cladding and flooring for an airport terminal project in Saudi Arabia.
The terminal features large curved wall surfaces and flowing ceiling forms, which required precast terrazzo panels that could follow the curve without visible joints. The photographs below show the arrival and departure halls, the curved wall cladding and the reception counters after installation.
Terrazzo was selected for its durability under heavy passenger traffic and its ability to be cast into non-standard curved geometry.
